Who plays Russ Miller in Sex Drive?

I've looked in the credits, and on IMDB, and on Wikipedia, and none of them say anything about Russ Miller.

He's the one that posts Ian buying condoms on his blog.
 
Russ Miller was another cashier boy who snaps a pic of Ian holding the box of condoms with his camera phone and then posts Ian's pic in his blog...

I dont seem to find this character's name as well..
