Who played the lawyer for the dating service on Drop Dead Diva tonight?

This is driving me crazy! Who was the actor that played the lawyer for the dating service on tonight's episode of Drop Dead Diva (9/20 Make Me a Match). I believe his name was Tony on the show.

I know I've seen him in movies before, and its driving me crazy. If you could help me out that would be great :)
