The cheapest I can find is generally about 15p/minute. I am trying to avoid bundles of minutes (eg 200 for £30) because networks can't give you an accurate figure of how many minutes you have left, so then you end up going over your allowance and having to pay 95p/min. So if anyone knows of Mobile to Mobile calls from UK to Europe for less than 15p/min i'd sure like to know how!
