Who need advices in employment law?

I'm a management consultant for http://www.collierbroderick.ie and it would be a pleasure for me to answer any questions about employment law.
 
Me me me! : My company has been employing me on contracts for the past 1.5 years. They keep renewing it saying they want me, but there is a freeze on our headcount because of the company's current low turnover. They include me in everything, meetings, team buildings, appraisals, everything. Is it true that there is a law that states I now have the right to demand a permanent job?
