Who makes the decisions on the OS

I own a DROID and love the phone but it has, in my opinion, a seriousproblem. No voice dial thethering. With the move by many states to ticket people for using their phones while driving the inability to use the bluetooth voice dial feature is a bad thing. Who makes the decisions about the OS? Is there an official site one can go to to voice a complaint?

Here ya go, feel free to add to the list, or star an issue/feature request -- just always search before submitting a new ticket (or they'll flag it down in no time):

By starring a bug/request, it increases the chance that it'll get fixed (think of it as voting it up).

For what it's worth, my father has been a road traffic accident forensic scientist and expert witness for three decades. He knows his stuff. In his experience, hands free communication makes no difference to your concentration compared to holding the phone in your hand, and hence your likelihood of having an accident is exactly the same. There is a whole load of research that backs this up. I've personally seen the horrific damage using a phone in any way, shape, or form, while driving can cause to people's lives, friends, and families.

Do yourself a life-saving favour, and turn your phone off when you're driving.
