Who makes a fast reliable flash drive for reasonable price?

I bought a generic no-name flash stick. It's 16Gb but dang it is slow! and it can only be format as Fat32 (the option for NTFS is there, but fails every time weather I use quick or full)

So I am asking you who has a nice speedy 16GB or more flash USB drive of good quality? And what speed is it? I'd prefer anything 20mb/s or higher

this one I have is 2mb/s on performance and 600kb/s on quick removal :O it drives me mad
