who knows their christian History about the "corruptors"?

does any christian on R&S know about the corruptors who changed the doctrines of the 4 gospels and whittled down many verses. there were even people who changed the words to fit constantines love for beer and meat, or so the allegation is. even the Niv says that David taught it is ok to drink beer. but jesus and his disciples taught to be sober.
 
It is not a sin to drink beer.

It is a sin to be a drunk, and let it ruin your life and control you.

And since you don't know that drinking an alcoholic beverage isn't a sin, I don't care who you think the "corruptors" are.
 
Study to show thyself approved. David did not approve of being a drunk. And Jesus did not forbid alcohol. There is a difference between eating and gluttony. There is a difference between drinking and drunkenness. Jesus said it is not what goes in the mouth that defiles him, but what comes out of his heart.
 
So you're saying that the bible has been corrupted over the millenia. Well, in that case, i think that it should be obvious to anyone reading it that it could not in any way shape of form be the work of a loving God. I agree with you though.
