Are unlocked phones pricier than locked phones?
I'm thinking about buying an unlocked phone. Are there any reliable places to get them? I've found many on Amazon.com and they dont' come with warranties and some of them are the international version (I don't know what that means). I might buy an unlocked phone from Amazon or maybe just buy a regular locked phone.
If I have a prepaid phone then do you think I have a chance of getting the carrier to unlock it?
