My name is Amir Inanloo , and I am a C.E.O of a several differrent companies that are working in mineral substances including solar silicon.
The reason thar I am writing to you is that we intend to start a solar silicon plant ( with purity of 99.99 % ) in Iran , and in order to do that we have been negotiating with a number of differrent lenders and we would like to apply for such a loan with your company.
Also, it has to be mentioned here that , we have done all the necessary legal work and have all the permits in order to start such a plant.
