Who knows about bicycles?

I need a bicycle that is light weight and cheap.
I do not want a cheap, bulky, mountain bike type that can be found at a walmart.
I would like a light-weight, fairly inexpensive bicycle for leisure. I will not be racing or going off road with it.
It will be used on paved roads.
Does anyone know of a good place to look for a bike like this?

Look on Ebay or Craig's for a local hybrid bike that is the proper size.
