Who is the painter George Goodchild (XIX-XX c) ?

I have a painting by this painter, some of his paintings got auctioned by Christies and some other important auction houses.
But who is this man, is he the same person as the writer George Goodchild? He was active in Belgium in the 20's, Germany but his origin is probably England.

Any clue is appreciated
