Who is the most valuble fantasy baseball player?

If that is the best you have, then you have problems.
I just dropped Helton in one league. Say Helton finishes with 310avg 15 hr's and 80 rbi. is that really what you want from a 1b
There is 25 1b that can at least do that
 
Abreu for sure and Damon second. Both have SB potential as well. Helton has been one the best players in the steroid era that did it clean but unfortunately at the end of his career so the name might be hard to let go. But if you need a 1B back up I would keep him and drop Damon.
 
I'm assuming you're talking about a keeper league...

Abreu and Helton. Easy. Damon's the next Trot Nixon. He's on his way out. He may play til he's over 40, but he won't produce like he has. Gone are the days of 20 HR seasons.

Damon and Helton are both around 35 years old. Abreu is 34. Abreu vs Damon is close, but I'd have to give a slight edge to Abreu just for the age difference.

If you're not talking about a keeper league, I'd still take the same two.
