Who is the "Mabus" that Nostradamus refers to in this quatrain?

Mabus is not exactly known. Some people say it's Obama, and that since Nostradamus spoke french, that's what he came up with.
Nostradamus was calling Hitler some other name like Himler or Hekner, point is that a lot the names that he predicted were vague.
 
Mabus then will soon die, there will come
Of people and beasts a horrible rout:
Then suddenly one will see vengeance,
Hundred, hand, thirst, hunger when the comet will run.

Interesting fact: Did you know that our current secretary of the Navy is Ray MABUS? Do you think that Nostradamus saw the death of this man and a subsequent World War III?
