Who is the District Manager for T-Mobile's Atlanta area? Preferably an email

Common Sense

You assume there is just one. Atlanta is a very large area. Are you sure it's a Tmobile store and not an agent?
All the complaining rarely does any good as many many "complaints" are from people who don't read what they sign or assume the rules don't apply to them. I'm not saying that's you, but that's a common attitude.

address but name/number good too? I had a very bad experience at the store on North Decatur Rd and filed a complaint with corporate. Now I am trying to make sure that it was followed up on. The store and customer service's 1-800 number refuse to give me the info.
It was definitely a store. I went into the store that the T-Mobile rep told me to go to which is owned/regulated by them (not an agent). If there are numerous DM's then just one would be fine.
Also, I was told wrong info twice and then they refused to sell me a phone for the advertised price even though the advertisement was on the wall and the door and their desk. Also this has nothing to do with signing a contract because I was trying to buy the phone outright with out a contract. Ad said $50 off and the regular price is $450. Should have rang up for $399 (and it did the first time before he canceled and rerang it up, then it rang for $450 and they refused to sell it to me for the price that was literally plastered all over the store (and TV, radio, internet and billboards)
