He is talking about how you see a parent yelling at their kid to shut up because the kid is asking too many questions, and you feel bad, but really you can't know how annoying the kid is.
How kids keep asking "why" to everything, until eventually the answers you are giving in response to 'why' get so out there and crazy it doesn't even make sense. He's like "Things that aren't can't be"
"why?"
"because if they aren't then they aren't real"
etc etc..I know I'm butchering it but I CAN'T find this guy! HELP!
