i'm pretty sure its a dog...about 90%......i think he was about to eat somthing or about to get a reward....or in a nutshell he came up on something he didn't expect to be there and he started sayin oh boy oh boy oh boy, as if it were the best thing that could've happen for him.....thats all i could sought of remember from the cartoon, any one know this cartoon/dog/episode.
