Who is the biggest pro-environment political organization?

I am looking for a group not directly affiliated with the government, but instead an organization that is willing to spend money in order to get the climate change bill H.R 2454 passed?
 
Green Peace, Sierra Club, and E.L.F. (Environmental Liberation Front) come to mind. But then, Green Peace and ELF are somewhat terrorist in their methods of spreading their message, and Sierra Club is a bunch of controlling manipulative jerks.

I'm sure they're all already working to get those BS types of bills passed.
 
greenpeace and the sierra club both believe we need to change our ways in order to save the planet, and neither favors one party over another, although they often find it difficult to get legislation passed by one particular "party" that consistently claims that climate change is a "hoax".
