I have done my fair share of Lebron bashing but to be honest I think the Cleveland GM sucks I Don't blame the players as much I putt the blame on the GM. A GM is the most valuable asset a team can have or the worst thing. The last time the Lakers had a top ten pick they picked up Andrew Bynum who was there first top ten pick in years. Mitch Kupchak still manages to putt good teams together because the GM should know how to pick talent and blend players together 100 percent predicated on the offense and defensive strategies of the head coach. He was taught by Jerry West and it's obvious he picked up a few things. Mitch Kupchak took a squad that Kobe hated, and drafted Andrew Bynum who everyone wanted to trade for Jason Kidd at the time but he kept despite people's Skepticism especially Kobe's who alot of teams passed on. Traded for Pau Gasol, traded for Shannon Brown signed Quality free agents Like Derek Fisher and Ron Artest. Went and found an unused Trevor Ariza. That is how you putt a team together there are only five people from that orginal team that Kobe was with when Shaq left and they now have a championship. We could go to another GM who does a great job Steve Kerr in Phoenix. He dismantled a team that went to the Western Conference final's and he broke that apart to create another team who is now in the Western Conference final's. The bucks hired John Hammond 2008 and look at the players he has brought in to make a playoff birth and he has only had the Job for two years. The Oklahoma City Thunder GM Sam Presti He is credited with encouraging the Spurs to draft point guard Tony Parker in 2001 He fired P. J. Carlesimo and hired Scott Brooks full time who was the interim coach for the Franchise. Drafted James Harden drafted Kevin Durant Drafted Michael Westbrook traded for Kevin Ollie. The Chicago Bulls GM is also very good as well keeping them competitive through draft picks. By the way who do you think is the best GM in the NBA
