Mine is Larry Beinfest from the Florida Marlins...one WS, and 4 winning seasons in 7 years with the lowest payroll in baseball...
 
Mark Shapiro has proven that he is year after year. winning teams in a small market city. crazy moves that turn out being genious. I hope people dont start naming these guys from NY and Boston who year after year attempt to BUY pennants. anyone can do that.
