I have t mobile and i want out of their contract. I hate how they extend contracts due to changing little things to plans. I think its dumb. I should be able to change my minutes and data if i want. I work for ATT customer care and i let people change plans all the time and i ask them if they want and help them not extend there contract.. what do u recommend cause they extended my contract cause they pushed me to unlimited minute plan offer and i was like fine i guess and they said it would be cheaper turned out it was more. so i had to lower my minutes so i could afford it and they made me extend contract to do that. I originally got my two phones in january and my contracts now extended to december of 2013 where they got that date i don't know because i made my last changes in like september
thats true everyone has their own opinions about each carrier but the thing is i don't think its fare that i can't make changes to my tmobile account without extending my contract. please tell me no other carriers do that cause i know att doesn't cause i work for them
im scared to do anything to my account. i want to remove my smartphone data plan cause i have water damage and i can't afford insurance replacement right now so i wanted to use my flip phone i mean my g2 works but it has gliches that annoy me and i have that dumb red damage indicator for liquid and i know thats what it is cause i work at ATT and att would let me remove my data plan so i could use a phone i own i don't need a data plan with a flip phone that doesn't have good browser
