Who is the author of this book?

When I lived in Spain my teacher photocopied some pages of a book which I find very interesting. So, I would like to buy this book, but I don't know who the author is. In one of the corners of the book it's written "Proficiency Writing Teacher's book" and chapter 16 is "Writing a Report (1)". If you by any chance know who's the author of this book,please let me know. Thank you.
