Who is the author of this book? "Lucky"?

The title is "Lucky". It is about a woman who wins the lottery, and her experiences after. The book has a dog named Harper Lee in it. The woman was an English teacher.

The woman does not get raped. Alice seilbold is not the author.

Neither is Jackie Collins...There are a few books called Lucky, I need the one that fits this description, thank you...


I believe it was in Florida, but I'm not certain.
It was not Carl Hiassen either, though that's as close as I've gotten...
