Who is the artist who painted "Dragoon On Watch"?

I saw this displayed in the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, and have tried to find the artist or even the painting online without any luck...I'd really like a print because this an awesome piece. Thank you for your help!
 
The artist's name is Rene Princeteau. The painting belongs to Instituut Collectie Nederland (ICN). Search for it on the internet (this site won't let me post the URL) and use their contact us form or e-mail links. They sent me a jpeg of it and their photographer's e-mail so that I could request a print from him (he hasn't answered yet, though.)
