Who is the artist that painted the soldiers (crusaders i think) that were lined up to

look like a fish? Or the name of the painting.
What i remember,the painting had the soldiers in a line sort of by the sea and they looked like a fish.
I think he also painted that purse/handbag with the two handles or something kissing.
Either the names of the paintings or artist?
If it helps,i saw these paintings/sculptures in a gallery in one of the shops in the miracle mile of Las Vegas.
