Who is right? I'm having a debate with a friend about an issue. I think I'm right

and he thinks he's right.? He tells me that he can masturbate openly in a public restroom - as long as it's a men's room - and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I say this constitutes a "lewd act" and would land him in trouble legally. He's adamant about being able to do it and I'm certain I'm right. Does anyone out there have definitive knowledge of this?
 
it's a lewd act that can and will get him arrested. your friend has issues if he thinks he can just go and jerk off in a public restroom.
 
I think it would be possible to do it in a public restroom, but not necessarily in the open. For example, he could probably go to a urinal that has the little wall things and go ahead, just as long as nobody can see his dingle.
 
You are right. The fact that it's in a men's room has NO bearing on whether or not it would be a charge of "indecent exposure" or Lewd conduct. Which it would be.
 
Do a search on George Michaels, he tried to do the same thing in a public restroom and was arrested. You're right, your friend is wrong.
