I was trying rent a store for my business. I talked to landlord .we agreed almost everything.then I went to my lawyer , he went to his lawyer .for some reason He kept me waiting nearly 2 months.I was waiting his leasing agreement but he was not sending to me. he kept saying " we almost done" then I gave up .I understood that this guy was delaying me I was loosing time ..meanwhile I found another store and I rent it.
now the landlord who went to the lawyer demands his lawyer fee from me??Do I have to pay his lawyer fee(which is 900$) why do I have to pay for his lawyer fee?? we haven't made the agreement?I waited him at least 45 days.. he didn't send me any paper..I signed nothing..but at the beginning my lawyer faxed my ID and social security to his lawyer..
but that time I didn't know that he was gonna delay me.
