Last month I bought iphone at the cost of $265 + $35(shipping) from ebay seller who has more than 20,000 transactions and also 99.5 ratings.They only provided USPS but did not provide to select insurance at their form.
And also mention at their page that " If it happens so that the item arrives to you in a nonworking condition (DUE TO DAMAGE IN SHIPPING), we will issue you a full refund".
But when I went to costoms to get accept the package, customs open the package and it was marked as damage at air port and iphone was not in the box. There was a side cut on the box which is enough to get the phone without opening the box.I ask customs to provide report for that and now I have complete report.But any way now seller put the case into USPS and reject to payback the money.Now I have already opened a dispute in paypal and I want to know what can I do to claim my money back.
