I was helping someone find tenants for a property that they owned. Although it was not an official employment, they paid me $50 for every apartment (Which rented out to $975/mo) and $30 ($400/mo) for every room I rented. I was handling the cases and just reported the clients to the property owner. They made the decision to accept them. One client turned out to be a scam.
