I was shopping with my bf earlier today and he was looking at bracelets to buy for his newborn niece, which is all fine except he was looking to buy adult sized jewelry !? I didn't think it weird at the time and he kept asking my opinion. And I told him why not buy your baby niece a baby sized bracelet? His reply was that he wanted something for when she gets older. But the only thing is we were shopping in a really current trendy store and the jewelry was not made out of any precious metals (no investment value) and by the time the baby grows up these designs will be really out of date. He didn't end up buying anything but he spent a really long time looking. So I'm wondering, who is he really shopping for? The reason I'm worried is that he is leaving on a business trip that let's him stop in the city where the niece lives but also includes a stop in a city where an ex lives (who he has contacted in the past when passing through that city). What do you think?
