Since there's a rule that say an NBA coaching can't coaching the all star team in consecutive season so....
West - George Karl (He'll have the 2nd best rank in the West at time, because last year Phil Jackson was coaching the West team so he can't make it again)
East - Doc Rivers (The Celtics will have the best rank in the East conference at that point, and last year he didn't coaching the East team, Mike Brown of the Cavs did, so yeah he'll probably make it)
And players who deserve it but probably won't make it are David Lee, Deron Williams, Josh Smith, Rajon Rondo etc.
