Who is Darius from the Hunger Games?

Okay, so I remember him being mentioned in the first book, The Hunger Games, and now I'm reading Catching Fire. But I forget who he is, and what he did, and how he is friends with Katniss. Can someone help me? Thanks

Well he is a Peacekeeper tahts tried to help Gale then THred was using a wip on him.He was turned into an Avox but im not sure but i think hes the guy that pays girls money for them to "be together for 1 night" i think yeha...and he likes Katiss as bit and sometimes flirted with her saying fing like "you outa buy one of my kisses"
