I was rear ended a couple days ago, i was driving straight in the far left lane of a 3 way street. I look in my rear view mirrors to check that everything is okay but then out of nowhere hear a screechng sound and my car gets hit by another car from behind. My car spins out of control and ends up on the sidewalk.
Who is at fault in a rear end accident ? Is there a way to refute a rear end accident?
