Based on what I've heard, only third world countries, animals (i.e. polar bears), and indigenous tribes are affected negatively by Global Warming, whereas we're experiencing cooler temperatures in the US, UK, and Canada. (I'm not counting Antarctica, because no one lives there.) If we continue with business-as-usual in the places where it's colder (i.e. Developed Countries) but reduce carbon emissions in developing nations (like Mexico, China, and India, who have been affected by smog, spreading desert areas, and flooding respectively), will that warm up the colder places (US, UK, Canada) and heal the destroyed environment in developing nations (everyone else)?

People affected by global, natural climate change = everyone, some positively, some negatively

People affected by man-made global warming = zero, as man has no effect upon the sun and solar activity (the true cause of this recently observed warming trend).
