who is "a" in the tv series pretty little liars?

i understand that "A" is supposedely mona/courtney in the book series, but does anyone know who the heck "A" is in the actual SHOW?? Because there are only 4 episodes left, and i doubt they are going to throw in mona falling off a cliff. Also what is "214"? That is the braille that toby finds in jennas room... HELP?? "/
