Who is a better singer, Maynard Keenan or Jon Davis???

OK, this is a very serious poll because a friend and I are having a very serious debate on who people would say is the better all around singer, Maynard James Keenan of the band TOOL or Jonathan Davis of KoRn. Maynard is the only singer in that "debate." JD can't sing. He's been taking vocal lessons for a few years, only to cackle/whine/whimper/etc. Maynard is probably one of the best singers in rock today.
