...Where should I file my complaint? For reasons:
(1) On Feb. 28, 2009, I was charged for driving a moped under the influence of alcohol, and I pleaded Not Guilty and the courts dismissed this charge on July 31, 2009.
(2) Fabricated false document, such as a DWI in 1989 that the accused was found "NOT GUILTY" , and the Court expunged this record and return his driver license.
(3) On September 18, 2009, at 10:45am., the Driver Education Assistant, Larry Woody ignored my expungement orders, and the facts given that I was found not guilty for the 1989 DWI, and the courts expunged that record and returned my license to continue work.
(4) Larry Woody was very hostile and unprofessional.
(5) CSAC Dr. Dennis J. Guy false fabricated report.
I gave the Judiciary Division of Driver Education, assistant Larry Woody my expunged records. More so, I explained too Larry that I was wrongfully accused of a 1989 DWI, and I was found "NOT GUILTY", the courts expunged that 1989 DWI because I was found not guilty, and my license was returned, and I continued working.
On Feb. 28, 2009, again I was charged for a false DWI, and the courts dismissed this case without prejudice, returned my bail, but failed to return my license. Again I pleaded Not Guilty, and the officers failed to appear three times, so the courts dismissed my case, so why would driver education still be harassing me?
Mr. Woody was very hostile and forced me to enroll in a AAA driver education program, and I informed WOODY that my case was dismissed, and again I was Not Guilty.
In addition, Mr. Woody told me to call for substance assessment with CSAC Dennis J. Guy. Mr. Guy's report contained false fabricated fact Pertained to "The client admits to having two previous substance abuse related legal incidents." I strongly opposed and we argued to the end of our session. I told Mr. Guy to call Larry Woody and clear this false statement accordingly. Again, I told both agency that 1989 DWI, I was found not guilty and the records were expunged, and this second false arrest for DWI on a Moped was Dismissed, again I pleaded NOT Guilty and won.
Therefore, the Driver's Education agency were very hostile, harassing and unprofessional. I would like these criminals prosecute for harassment, false fabricated documents, and violating an courts expungement order.
