I was wondering how many people just eat whatever they want without worrying about portions or calories or any of that healthy crap. NO LIMITS. I do this and all my friends keep telling me about how I am going to be super fat one day, but so far I don't see the effects of it.
Ya I don't believe in all that metabolism bs, I think this happens to people who get more exercise than others. I exercise at least 4 hours a day just because I hate sitting around.
