Who has UNLOCKED their iPhone 4?

I am trying to find a reliable source to unlock my iPhone 4, but I'm getting contradictory stories. Some are saying it is possible to unlock the iPhone 4, others are saying that there is not yet an unlock for the 4.2.1 firmware version.
So is there anyone who has an iPhone 4, that has had success unlocking it? How?

PLEASE HELP!!
