People r forgetting the iportance of history!! I wanna share the fact that theres a college name Malcolm King College in Harlem after MlK and Malcolm X. I thought that was cool,and i did not kno that before. I also jus found out that Bill Cosby was the first black to play n a series..Wow,howd that miss me..lol.Come on and Share ur knowledge too!!
 
Here's a few: Several years after MLK'S death, it was discovered that he had plagiarized his Doctoral Thesis at Boston University; essentially nullifying his diploma and title of "Doctor." And during the height of his career, it was discovered through FBI wiretaps that the good "Reverend" was a chronic adulterer.
Malcolm X had a LONG criminal record that included being a male prostitute to Gay men and a violent dope pusher,
 
Hattie McDaniel was the first black actress to win the Academy Award for her role as "Mammy" in the classic film "Gone With The Wind." She had to stand in the alley of the convention center until they called her name, as she was told that the hotel "Didn't allow no n*ggers." Similar stories followed black entertainers including Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and even Bill Cosby.

Look up "Elijah McCoy" by putting his name in the Y'Search____Web Search box at the top of this page. he invented any number of inventions in the late 1800s, including an automatic oiling system for locomotives. The devise had many imitators, but engineers knew that there was only one "real McCoy!"
