It seems that the whole partnership with Oberon to provide games access is DESIGNED to make it nearly impossible to cancel. When a person has to resort to Yahoo Answers to find out how to cancel a Games account, that is deceptive marketing. The Help section gives three ways of cancelling one's account: responding to the confirmation email, clicking on a link at All-Star Central, and by going to Yahoo billing. There are NO links at any of those places for cancelling an account. One of those brings you to a page managed by Oberon where you have one of five questions/problems to choose from, none of which is "cancel my membership".
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, are you going to stop getting your downloadable games from Yahoo, and get them elsewhere, such as Wild games and Shockwave, to name a few. Those places are not deceptive.
I have been a Yahoo customer for about ten years, but I am now fed up.
