I was just seeing how many people have had success burning fat on an eliptical machine. I run every day and pretty much did every cardio machine except the elpitical ( because it looked like a weak a$$ machine for older people and women ) so one day i tried it because my shins were sore from running all the time and i liked it. The heart beat sensors said my heart rate was at the point where it would be on the treadmil or bike at a fast pace and i was enjoying the low impact. I was getting a little winded but i didnt feel nearly as sore as if i was running on a treadmil or doing a stairmaster. So is the eliptical a good machine to use to burn fat? any testimonials? Today i did 20 mins after running a mile on the treadmill. Im 18 and in good shape 185lbs also 5'10'' is this machine right for me?
