Who Has A ''Sony Ericsson W595''? Please Help UK ONLY?

I Bought A ''Sony Ericsson W595'' In Pink From My Local ''O2 Shop'' But When I Got home and took the phone Out Of The Box, The Phone Was Loose At The Left Side When It Was Open, So I Took It Back To The Shop And They Exchanged It For Another One, Anyway I Had The Same Problem Again So I Took It Back & Got A Refund. I Really Love The Phone, And Im Considering Buying It From Another Shop. I Just Want To Know If Anyone Has Purchased The Phone & Have Or Havent They Had The Same Problem, & Also Were Did You Purchase The Phone... Please Help. Thanks :)
 
what do you mean by loose? as in loose in the box it may have been demo to a customer previous to yourself? if you mean the back or the actual phone, i work in orange, and have never had an issue with any parts fo the phone being loose, but let us know more specifically
