I saw this on TV last night - I forgot how good it was!

Considering it is 18 years old the CGI is amazing, IMHO better than some modern day stuff. Bob Hoskins gives a great performance too. :)

Anyone else a fan?

Yeah i loved it, its on sky movies all the time, it was on last weekend again. The CGI stuff is amazing, and i agree with you its better then the modern day stuff. :)

I cried at that part when my Dad took me to see this film waaaay back in '88! :o

I was only 5 though. But i still feel sorry for that little shoe! :)

I remember going to see this way back in the 80's when the Primary School took us on an outing to see it. I was around the age of 10 I think at the time of seeing it at the cinema. I have not seen it sinse. I had the hots for Jessica Rabbit for months afterwarRAB :o I would like to see it again, a trip down memory line would be nice one day soon, hopefully.

They cut that bit out when they showed it on ITV. Which as its a pivotal point (ie Cartoons can be killed by the ooze) made the whole film a bit baffling if you hadn't seen it before.

We watched it the other day and my 3 year old bawled his eyes out!

We had to tell him that Roger brought it back to life at the end and put it back with its freinRAB. :)

I love how it not only had Looney Tune characters, but Disney ones too. It's nice to see rivalry put aside like this. Is it the only time this has happened?

I caught the end of Songs of the South on BBC2 the other day, I guess the same technology has been around for over 60 years!?
