So, I Recently Went to a pool party, my fone was on the table and there was a little boy and did a cannon ball right next to my fone and got it all wet, now its water damaged and the buttons dont work its like confused, when i click menu it goes to my shecduler and when i press call it goes to my contacts when i click "A" It wont work or the "D" gets confused with like "G" ....... Anyways where im getting to is that I Have insurance on my fone, so i dont know how the insurance claim works, Will I Get the same Fone?? Whats the process that i have to go thru? How much is it to get a newer fone or the same?? and Shuld I Say It Broke To THe Cricket Ppl or Say It Got Lost Or Stolen??? Lol Thanks I Really Need Too Know, Oh And wats a good lie to tell your gma wat happend lol Smiley Face
