Sure, probably gonna be awesome on gas because the engine on the base model Cruze is only something like 1.6L, but my gripe is mainly with the turbo Cruze. Engine is downsized to 1.4L and with the turbo, only puts out 4 more horsepower than the base. Seriously? All that just so Chevrolet can up the price a couple grand? That is nothing but more unnecessary parts to fail and to cost the owner booku bucks to fix, with virtually nothing to show for it. If I went to my local Chevrolet dealer and was looking to buy a Cruze and the sales rep tried to talk me into buying the turbo model, I'd just wanna punch him right in the jaw. Wouldn't you agree?
