Who else agrees that the recession isn't severe enough and needs to be more severe to...

...get national headlines? I don't think the recession is as bad as media states. I know many bass turd friends of mine who have still been on the same job before recession started (december 2007) and continue getting promotion and pay raises. In fact i don't see anyone who lost his job for years. And these friends often criticize me for not working and looking work seriously. Yet these friends continue driving bmw's, and buying new house and insult the unemployed.

I will believe recession is severe when these bass tards lose their jobs too but never happens. When their employer gets financially hit is what i want to see. Their organization throws off low pay workers and keeps these big pay mofos on job who make fun of me. I hate it and find it disgusting.

I agree that nothing is ever as bad as the media says it is.. However, I do think we are in a recession.. we only have to look around our own towns and neighborhoods. Stores closing, people out of work , houses for sale.. all this much higher than two years ago.

So where exactly is this hope and change we were supposed to believe in.

Things are not good, but I guess they could be much worse.. so I am still hanging on to hope.

Well your friends are lucky. I waited 3 years for this recent raise, got in there and it was 9 cents... A NINE CENT RAISE?! My company is doing real well now. They turned themselves around, so i expect a better raise next time.

The "housing crisis" is a pretty big issue though.
