Who does the best DVD audio commentaries for The Simpsons?

Complete loser question, but whatever. And who would you say is/was the best show runner: Al Jean & Mike Reiss, David Mirkin, Bill Oakley & Josh Weinstein, Mike Scully, Al Jean by himself? Personally I vote for David Mirkin followed by Oakley and Weinstein. Wish David Cohen got a chance to run The Simpsons as well. Anyways, what about you?
