Who does the art on Animal Collective's album Feels?

I think its Renee Hecht? Are there any sites I can look at more of her work?
Also, what sort of style is it. My mum said its like 20's 30's style and you can find postcards in the post office with it on front..
I'd really love to learn to draw like that.. : )
