War Criminal Caused genocide in Bosnia,Croatia, and Kosovo

2- Adolf Hitler
Caused the Holocaust and WW11 in europe and a disgrace to germany

3- Joseph Stalin
Caused major genocide resulting in as many as 20 million deaths, also started World War II with Hitler
