Who do you think they are building detention camps (300+) for?

Over a billion has been spent in the last five years to build these detention camps ...who do you want to see in them?
I could provide links but why don't you know about where your TAX money is going....haven't you read about the no-bid contracts for KBR to construct these camps? SHEESH!
